ACME Home Elevator:
ACME Home Elevator is a premier provider of home elevators, stair lifts, vertical platform lifts, and dumbwaiters. We offer our clients unrivaled product knowledge and an in depth experience that will put your mind at ease.
Founded in 1987 by Terry Pope, ACME has installed over 4,000 lifts throughout California. We pride ourselves on being a customer service company and will be there for you from start to finish and thereafter. We ensure that each aspect of your elevator, platform lift or stairlift installation is done right the first time.
Which solution is right for you?
At ACME Home Elevator, we’ve never met a set of stairs we couldn’t put a lift on. Stair Lifts (also called chair lifts) can run on either side of the stairs. They can take an inside or outside curve and maneuver through landings — easily managing 90 and 180-degree turns. There are models specifically manufactured with outdoor conditions in mind. An outdoor stairlift is weatherized to protect against the elements and comes with a chair cover. To prevent unauthorized use by others, it is equipped with a keyed operation system.
Whether for a modest remodel or for the most custom of homes, ACME provides the finest home elevator made on the market and unparalleled installation expertise. A home elevator is an amenity that offers both convenience and proven luxury appeal.
Residential Elevators have a variety of options from gates to hall finishes. We can customize our Home Elevators for you.
ACME offers Vertical Platform Lifts for the home. Efficient and safe, a Platform Lift will help you provide access to all levels.
Whatever your need, in-home or outdoor wheelchair lifts or vertical platform lifts, we have a product that will fit. Our lifts will provide access to all levels of your home. If you are designing for a wheelchair lift in the beginning stages or you need to retrofit into an existing building, give us a call. We’ll make sure that the design is right so there are no hiccups when it’s time to install. We also offer service to existing lifts. We are authorized representatives for most manufacturers and can help you with a repair.
The ACME Difference
In 2018, ACME Home Elevator became a division of Stannah, a 150-year-old family business and a world-leader in the lift industry. Since then, ACME has operated as an extension of Stannah, specializing in the same mobility and accessibility equipment we’ve offered for decades. Our range includes stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, homelifts and residential elevators. We’ll soon be changing our name and coming in under the Stannah banner; but when you purchase an ACME home elevator, wheelchair lift or stairlift from us, you’ll still be getting the very same trusted service, proven brands and quality workmanship that you’ve come to rely on.
Your Safety Is Our Priority
The Highest Quality Standards
As a provider of Stannah Stairlifts for over 35 years, we are longstanding Stannah enthusiasts! After working side by side for so long, joining the Stannah brand in earnest is an exciting development for us. While our name is changing, our standards remain as high as ever. Although you’ll be greeted with a Stannah logo when you visit this site, receive mail or email, and visit our physical locations, you’ll still be able to purchase ACME elevators from us and our quality of service will not be affected. Our phone numbers, email, physical addresses and all other ways to get in touch with us will also remain the same.
As Stannah, your safety will continue to be a priority to us. You will have access to the same stairlift and elevator warranties, and our technicians will continue to undergo the same rigorous training that makes us the best in the business. We will be there for you as we have been in the past, just with a new name. If you’d like to learn more, visit Stannah-Stairlifts.com to get more information on Stannah.
We also like to mention the outstanding professional work of your installer, Jacco. His knowledge of the equipment, installation and use applications were excellent.
We are looking forward to future trouble-free operation.”
